If You Didn’t Receive Your Order
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, please reach out within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate and may issue a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order after payment, contact us as soon as possible. Orders ship Monday to Saturday. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you’ll need to return the item for a refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
