RETURNS
We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you to try our products and decide whether they’re right for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be unused, but it must be returned in reasonable condition, without damage or signs of misuse. We also ask that you include the original packaging and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not provide return labels.
• Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized orders
• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care items (e.g., items marked as final sale or hygienic products)
REASONS FOR RETURN & REFUND
Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong item, please email us at info@grounding.co with photos of the product and packaging. Once we receive confirmation that the incorrect item has been sent back to our warehouse, we’ll promptly ship out the correct one at no additional cost. Return shipping costs will be covered in these cases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@grounding.co with photos of the product and packaging. We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. If this applies to your order, please contact us at info@grounding.co and we’ll help arrange the exchange process.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or the item not fitting your bed.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns based purely on a change of mind — for example, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply decided you no longer want the product.
That said, if your product is still unused and unopened, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what can be done on a case-by-case basis.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@grounding.co.
• Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation request.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
MISSING OR LATE REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund in the above-mentioned time frame:
1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement
2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary
